Day three in California and so far all we've done is take pictures of huge trees. I mean HUGE TREES! We keep thinking that we'll get desensitized to them, but no they keep taking our breath away. Right now, we are hanging out in front of Eureka Natural Foods, stealing their WiFi. And so far, let me tell you the people of Northern California and Humboldt Co. are living up to their stereotypes. If you do have a job, you seem to be in the minority. And if you are one of those working material types, you come in to this store to get carob and chai. So it's kind of like Seattle.
Anyway, the sun has come out and we've got a few more miles to drive before we camp again for the night. For all the parents, here are some photos of us so you know we're still alive and able to clothe ourselves.
And one of HUGE TREES!!!
